Beautifully made, of course!
This pan is another beauty from All Clad. Do you absolutely need this pan? Probably not, especially if you already own a 1.5qt pan as this will do the job of melting a small amount of butter just as well. On the other hand, if you tend use all of your pans on your culinary quests and adventures, as I do, you might use this pan a lot, as I do. It is not only for butter, it heats up the right amount of milk for our morning tea, melts the right amount of butter for our artichokes and for various baking recipes, etc. This is a frivolous item, for All Cladphiles, but I do recommend it to round out your smaller pan collection.
