WE ARE SO PARTICULAR ABOUT OUR SOUPS AND KNOWING THEY WILL ALWAYS BE SERVED AT THE PROPER TEMPERATURE IS CRITICAL. THIS WARMER IS ADJUSTABLE, NSF APPROVED AND PERFECT FOR ANY RESTAURANT.

I received the warmer on time of coarse through Amazon Prime. I filled with a pre-packaged chicken wild rice soup and put it to 12 and it cooked at 190 degrees. The instructions say 175 tops but it reached and held 190 without a problem. It has a dial that is 1-12. 10 held at 165. It did not burn one morsel of soup.
Very easy to clean, NSF rated. It is just a great large capacity soup warmer!
