Love my new ceramic marble coated grill pan
I had been looking for quite some time for a square griddle pan. My existing cookware was Teflon and I just don't want to use that type any more. I have been gradually replacing them with ceramic cookware and that's what I wanted in my new griddle. But, whoa...are they ever expensive! The cheapest I could find was around $50-60 and even that was steep for me. When I came across information on this Ceramic Marble coated grill pan I wasn't too sure about it. I wanted my pan to be at least 11" so I could fix 4 pieces of bread at a time, which this one is. I liked that. This pan has the raised grills on the bottom and I thought I wanted it flat and mine did NOT have the high sides. So, this was going to be a change for me. Since I have now been using it, I just LOVE IT. All my concerns are gone. I now like the raised bottom and the higher sides and it's the perfect size. I use it for grilled cheese, chicken, stir fry...just about anything I need a larger skillet for. And I like the...

I have had this a little over a month and I have 2 other 10 inch skillets that are marble coated and they are all awesome. Going to buy more. Seasoned them by directions that I found online for other aluminum skillets and I have had no problem! No scratches, no sticking and no problem cleaning up.

I love these pans. very easy to clean and nothing stick to them. this one in great for grilling steak, chicken or a sandwich.
