Makes perfect risotto every time
This was a gift for my husband, who does the lions-share of the cooking in our home. He loves experimenting with flavors and has made numerous amazing risotto dishes in this piece. It is beautifully made, the perfect size, heats evenly, cooks the arborio rice perfectly every time, and is easy to clean. For the culinary lover out there, I highly recommend this!
