Rachael Ray Hard Anodized Nonstick Patty Pal Set 12-Inch Round Griddle with Patty Spatula, Orange

Great product
This is another one of Rachel Ray's excellent products. Well worth the money! Easy to use and clean up afterward.

amazing quality for this griddle
i've had this pan for two years and use it whenever i need to char tomatoes or anaheim chiles or cook a burger. after using it for so long, the top still looks new and still cleans up like a dream. even if i cook on the surface twice without wiping, the clean up is never a hassle. another thing i love is that there is no smoking when using the pan for a good while. sometimes the pans i have used in the past would smoke a bit, but with this one, i have never had that problem even after using it on a lower flame for over 2 hours. the handle stays cool to the touch and i could not ask for a better grill pan. with the addition of the spatula, it is a great convenience for any use whether it be for bacon, pancakes, veggies, fruit, or whatever your grilling need may be. only thing is that the packaging is so tight on the top of the pan that it leaves a weird mark where the cardboard once rested once you remove it. HOWEVER, after cooking on it a couple times and washing it, it is no longer...

Good product
I've had this for about a month now and have used it about four times. The design makes it easy to cook with, and it's easy to clean.

Scanpan Classic Double-Burner Grill Griddle

Grease free grilling
Scanpan's double burner grill griddle far exceeded my expectations and is now my favorite way to cook meat and fish. It's quick, easy, and siphons off excess fat. Plus the teflon-free non-stick properties make it easy to clean. I put it in the dishwasher.

disappointing: chips and gunk
I've had this pan for a few years and have used it a lot for grilling and then broiling. I never used metal with it, and I never put it in the dishwasher. Despite Scanpan's claims I treated it like a fragile nonstick pan. After a few months of use -- two times a week a least -- it developed patches of gunk in the ridges that simply could not be scrubbed off (with bristle brush or nylon scrubber). It got uglier and uglier. After a year I noticed that the nonstick coating began to chip at the tops of the ridges. Again, I never used metal. I finally gave up and put it in the dishwasher to give it a good cleaning, but this only seemed to discolor it and exacerbate the chipping. Now, when I use it (and I still use it sometimes), I find there's a graphite-like film on the bottom that gets on my hands. So this thing seems to be disintegrating when it should have been indestructible given the price. Maybe I should have kept it out of the broiler. I guess I could test Scanpan's no-fault...

Love this Grill
You can't go wrong with this grill. Cooks evenly and very fast. Really does not stick. Easy to clean. I grill veggies (string beans, asparagus, eggplant, squash, zucchini), fish, burgers, chicken, steaks, shrimp...etc. It is perfection. I use it a few times a week and I love it.

Kotobuki Taiyaki Pan

Made cool red bean snacks like in Asian countries
I thought the pan is small for the price...it feels very light for cast iron...maybe it is so to heat up quicker? Need to bake more often to even out when cooking but overall, did it's job.

Kotobuki Pan
My daughter asked for this pan as a Christmas present. It arrived earlier than expected and she loves using it!!! It cooks the pastry well and it is easy to use. I am glad that I was able to obtain this pan for her. Thanks Amazon!!
