Excellent pot of innovative design that works perfectly on my induction cooktop;
I like the uniformly heating base and relatively cool sides of this pot that maximizes energy efficiency. I considered the copper core All-Clad stockpot, but Demeyere custom configures their multi-layer configuration for each pot/pan configuration while All-Clad features the same core design on all their pots, compromising the performance of their saucepans and stock pots.
