Everything in this pan cooks evenly, no matter if it is in the center of the pan or on the edges. Along with being my go to fry pan it has now replaced my braising pan and even my wok. And it cleans up beautifuly. I'm already saving for my next Staub pan.
Excellent Product
Heats very evenly and cleans up very well. Performs perfectly both on the stove and in the oven. Really like the grenadine color.
