Did not even get to try it
I am looking for a frying pan that is glass stove top friendly. It has become the latest trend to make the bottom of the pan rough with these consecutive circles. Which may be great for gas oven tops. But when you gave glass top, it scratches the hell out of it. And this fry pan falls into that category. Had to return it. Very disappointed. Still searching and hoping.
Other than my personal predicament, the pan looks great. The handle is very comfortable, unlike some other ceramic pans with bulky heavy handle. The pan is also light, which I don't know how it will affect it long term. Lively bright red color.
Good egg pan
I use this pan at least 6 days a week, primarily for eggs. It can easily cook 5 eggs, 2 strips of thick cut bacon (or 1 large sausage link), and some peppers and onions. I have never had to add any oil or other pan lubricant and have had no issues with items sticking to the pan. Its been through over 50 cooking cycles and 25 hand washes without any issues.

I love this pan. It is really wonderful! Everything gets nice, clean and quickly, even without oil or just with one drop of it.
Buy it and you will be happy with this product.
